📦 Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all original tags and packaging.

You must record a video while unboxing the package clearly showing the issue (wrong item, damage, etc.). This video is mandatory to process the return.

Thrift and surplus items may be non-returnable, unless damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (and review your unboxing video), we’ll notify you of the refund status.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
